Email delivery provider

We use Resend to store subscriber details and send newsletter emails. Your name and email are processed by Resend for delivery, unsubscribe handling, and suppression lists.

Analytics providers

We use two analytics tools:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and performance insights. Cloudflare may process technical usage data to provide analytics and security services.
• Counterscale, a self-hosted, privacy focused analytics tool that runs on our own Cloudflare infrastructure. Counterscale does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. All data is stored on infrastructure we control.

International data transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UAE because our service providers may use global infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit access to what is needed to run the site.

How long we keep your data

• Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed.
• If you unsubscribe, we may keep your email in a suppression list to make sure we do not email you again by accident.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare's retention settings.
• Counterscale analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure with no fixed expiry.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
• Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal data
